PRIMARY ROLECoordinate all activities under the Quality Management System to ensure that the programmes and services provided by the CIS meet both external and internalrequirements, including regulatory compliance.Monitor the performance of the Quality Management System and report performance against set indicators. Where appropriate, to recommend changes to improve system.Liaise with other managers and staff to ensure that the policies and procedures are adhered to and functioning properly. Where appropriate, to provide necessary training, tools and techniques to help staff achieve and meet quality expectations.RESPONSIBILITIESManagement Representative for EduTrustContact point for all EduTrust related communications with the Council for Private Education (CPE). Communicate effectively and respond promptly to all CPE’s requests.Coordinate all planning and preparations for EduTrust certification, including renewal/re-certification.Act as internal auditor to closely monitor established policies, procedures and processes. Ensure compliance and maintenance and provide audit/ assessmentreports on a regular basis, as required.Closely monitor CPE’s requirements for Edutrust and update the Management on new policies and/or procedures. Attend to these new requirements and where necessary, tocommunicate to all staff and provide training.Quality Assurance and Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with ICA, CPE and other regulatory agencies’ standards and legislation.Application of environmental, health and safety standards.Conduct yearly internal audit and assessment, document all findings and generate an Internal Assessment Report.Verify and follow up on the implementation of Corrective Action Plans.Continuously monitor polices and/or procedures and recommend any enhancement/new development to the Policies and Procedures Manual (PPM).Identify and carry out ad-hoc quality improvements initiatives.Operations and AdministrationSet yearly QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.Act as an advisor to managers and staff on quality policy/procedural changes and oversee their implementation, supported by appropriate training, tools and techniques.Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training.Collate and analyze performance data/charts and present report to management.
